About Ken Gregory

I am a Global Operating executive with experience leading and transforming global operations, customer service/success, strategy and execution, enterprise/digital transformation, supply chain and channels/alliances across IT, Education/Learning, and Electrification at large corporate and PE backed firms. I learned the diversity of a company, the importance of customer centricity, why cash is key, how collaboration and communication matter, and a holistic appreciation of how the value chain works in products and XaaS. I focus on delivering value to customers and stakeholders by helping operations align goals with the bigger objective, leverage data, process, and digital capabilities, developing high performing teams and establishing organization and operating models that have enabled profitable growth, portfolio rationalization, and value realization (EBITDA, working capital, customer/partner experience, productivity, and employee engagement) in my previous executive roles at Green Cubes Technology, Pearson Education, and IBM, leading teams ranging from 20 - 2500 and portfolios ranging from $70M to $20B.My leadership style is grounded in curiosity, inclusion, and continuous learning. I'm grateful to serve talented colleagues and highly value the trusting relationships that I've built with my teams, customers, partners, and suppliers.I am an active angel investor (RTP Angel Fund), advisor, and mentor/coach (NCSU IE/MEM/SCRC). I enjoy sharing my point of view at industry conferences and open to learn, share practices, and explore ways that I can help. If re-imagining operations to drive value resonates, let’s connect. Outside of work, I am probably watching my kids grow up, causing my wife's eyes to roll, improving my fitness with pals, or cooking on the grill.𝗙𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲:I’m actively seeking opportunities to impact the top 3 business initiatives at a global organization or lead operations at a company that is ready or in need to transform their operations to drive growth. I am also seeking board positions where I can offer strategic/corporate planning expertise, operational and portfolio management leadership.
