As a commerce consultant I was part of a SAP Hybris development team for QA. I tested tickets that were completed by developers and compared them to the documentation provided by the functional analyst. I provided detailed bug reports and added how-to guides for UAT testing and other team members.After this project, I started working, internally on the vision and mission statements of Mirror. I also defined the preferred company culture. I also researched and created the initial offers of Mirror and created the foundations upon which the company runs today. This also included setting up procedures, defining goals and documenting all of this to ensure new hires would easily find their way in this new company.

As I got more webshop related tasks and while managing the designers, I quickly became responsible for the Online Brand Campaigns.For these campaigns I was in direct contact with (the marketing divisions of) brands and created proposals for suppliers - e.g. manage content and design, set up and monitor Display Network campaigns and share reports.Soon after, I also was responsible for the website itself as Webmaster. I acquired a more pratical knowledge of Google Analytics and tools like Hotjar and Selligent and used this to improve landing pages, e-mail designs and flows and monitored the related behaviours on the website.In the end, I combined (online) marketing and webmaster tasks which gave me a more holistic view on digital marketing. I was the first internal contact for all things related to online marketing and e-commerce.
