Billing Manager
Current• Direct all accounts receivable, invoice management, and payroll management operations associated with the platform involving customers and contractors across the world.• Collaborate with product development teams/CPO to automate billing processes and add more value for our clients with new product offerings.• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, RevOps, and Marketing on high-impact projects to optimize workflow and support growth.• Provide exceptional billing support to a worldwide user base through various channels including Intercom and email, ensuring a timely and accurate resolution to all inquiries.• Develop and implement KPIs and leading indicators to measure the success of billing and financial operations, including Days Sales Outstanding (3.46) and Collections Effectiveness Index (99.03%).• Provide regular reporting and analysis to stakeholders while reporting directly to the CEO to drive informed business decisions while overseeing an average monthly billing increase of 9.12%.• Develop and implement comprehensive billing policies and procedures to streamline processes and enhance efficiency across all key operations, focusing on continuously improving controls and optimizing procedures to increase overall billing accuracy and productivity.• Manage all relationships with billing and payment processing partners.
