Leading the digital payments product strategy for the Fidelity Health® iOS and Android native apps.

Responsible for enabling 2.8 million Health Savings Account (HSA) holders to contribute, invest, and withdraw money for health care needs on NetBenefits.com and the NetBenefits iOS mobile app.

The Digital Payments group enables customers to seamlessly move money to and from their Fidelity accounts.

•Provided day-to-day operational support for the Office of Institutional Advancement during the college's $140 million fundraising campaign. Exceeded fundraising goal by $35 million by the end of 2015.• Assisted with specialized data projects or implementations as assigned by the Advancement Services Department/Staff. Projects included conducting prospect research analysis using LexisNexis Custom Solutions, maintaining biographical data and prospect coding/decoding, and assisting with daily biographical updates as needed.

• Responsible for collecting statistics at athletics events, notably men’s basketball and hockey, and distributing game notes and in-game statistics to opposing teams and members of the media. • Supported the Facilities and Operations group by assisting with the day-to-day operations of all on-campus sporting events, including set-up and break down, and acting as a liaison between the school and the NCAA.• Wrote and proofread external articles, press releases and event schedules and created in-game digital advertising content to be shown at events.

• Customized and built out a CRM (salesforce.com) for more efficient data management and reporting. Included migrating 50 data elements for approximately 10,000 client and target prospects from excel format to salesforce.com. Developed various reports including a sales opportunity report, leads reports and established email capabilities to clients and prospects within the CRM.• Built client data base comprised of Profit Sharing/401(k) plan sponsors. The data elements included client indicative data, fund holdings and applicable vendor expenses, required for investment monitoring against specific criteria, within a LPL Financial tool suite.•Streamlined existing mutual funds held on all vendor platforms to create a “guidance list” for portfolio managers.• Assisted with client and prospect presentations through analysis of investment alternatives and plan level expenses using the LPL tool suite and mutual fund monitoring tools.
