Serving others and ensuring mission success is what I’m all about.As a progressively more senior U.S. Air Force medical specialist and supervisor, I’ve led, trained, and led teams and organizations with up to 1,500 people in countless exercises and real-world all-hazard emergency/disaster response and recovery operations, including no-notice events.Over time, I realized that Emergency Management is my field. Protecting and serving others, training people to prepare, prevent, protect, and respond effectively to disasters and emergencies, building strong working partnerships with government, military, and community colleagues, and leading organizations in high-stress domestic and foreign environments is what I do best.After completing my Air Force career, I completed a Cum laude Bachelor of Science degree in Crisis, Emergency, and Disaster Management in 2019 (University of Maryland University College, GPA: 3.85).
