Solutions And Recovery Supervisor
CurrentProvides day-to-day operational execution of customer recovery planning during irregular operations;Determines whether a policy exception can be granted based on a case-by-case evaluation;Delivers flight-wide re-booking for affected customers on delayed, cancelled and/or diverted flights;Monitors flight disruptions (including those with down-line connections, large groups, unaccompanied minors and passengers with special service requests) and deliberates with Operation Managers on whether a hold may be placed;Actively communicates with stations via phone calls, e-mail and chats;Proactively assists stations with diversion recovery by assisting with coordination of ground transportation, hotel and meal voucher issuance;Manages significant oversales throughout United’s Network and provides assistance;
