►MY ROLE: I was recruited to serve as Data Lake/Data Warehouse Operational Support lead and manage third-party team of onsite and offshore resources in agile environment processing commercial sales data from outside vendors.►IMPACT:#Managed implementation of the Joint Enterprise Data Initiative (JEDI) Data Lake/Data Warehouse; completed seven releases in six-month project. #Directed planning and installation of SAS Server hosted in BHC AWS environment; worked cross-functionally with internal IT teams to complete pre-installation phase and partnered with third-party vendors for execution.#Planned SAS Server roll-out strategy in support of all commercial business functions; Sales Planning/Forecasting, Incentive Compensation, Insights, and Analytics, Finance.

►MY ROLE: I oversaw global and U.S.-based projects for pharmaceutical giant with international presence. I also managed PMO including project resources, timelines, roadmaps, onsite and offsite staff, and reporting.►IMPACT:#Directed implementation of cloud-based Data Lake and Data Warehouse solution hosted by AWS that enabled a user sandbox for self-service analytics using Alteryx, an advanced analytics tool engineered for use with big data. #Led evaluation of 3rd party vendor offerings related to a Master Data Management solution. #Evaluated each vendors tool and services, ranked each vendor, and recommended a preferred vendor to the Novartis Steering Committee.#Led high-level collaboration with external offshore resources to design an automated suite of BI reports via Qlik Sense to monitor the effectiveness of our Medical Science Liaisons.

►MY ROLE: I represented IT as the first and single point of contact between Field and Marketing Services to direct business portfolio management.►IMPACT:#Touch points across strategy, business analysis, relationship management, and project management.# Led the implementation of a new web-based Software as a Service (SaaS) Promotional Literature Ordering system to support the Sales Force. #IT Lead and single point of contact to the Speaker Management business unit while integrating a Fair Market Value calculator into the HCP Event Management system.

MY ROLE: ...….I was responsible for leading a team of internal staff, onsite, and offshore resources providing operational and project support related to the Commercial Data Warehouse. My primary responsibilities included leading the lights-on operational support team, measuring and reporting vendor effectiveness, project support, and budget management. Additional responsibilities included objective setting, review of development plans, conducting mid-year and year-end performance reviews with internal staff. ►IMPACT:#I created an engaging series of Commercial Data Warehouse presentations and presented materials at Lunch & Learn sessions over a two-month period.#Facilitated IT Professional of the Future workshops for the entire Gen Meds IT organization. #Defined overall strategy for implementing the processes to enable all IT associates to build skills as member of the communications sub-team.#Identified KPIs with vendors to improve reporting and support proactive monthly vendor engagement and updates.#Defined SLA’s to measure vendor performance, reporting regularly to the PMO; updated and trained project teams.#Conducted bi-annual performance reviews; worked one-on-one and in group sessions to improve individual skillsets and create performance-driven internal culture as player-coach.#Defined resource requirements to support growth of the Commercial Data Warehouse; maintained ADM and Factory onshore/offshore ratios at 40/60; reallocated ADM manager to ACE program as PM; Reduced costs for multiple Factory projects by committing an ADM resource as PM; Inherited ADM responsibilities for SAS DataMart with reduced support staff; Implemented new cross-team Commercial Data Warehouse support model. #Delivered SAS 9.2 upgrade project for 150 users on time and on budget. #Regularly presented during CDW Lunch & learns; facilitated IT Professional of the Future workshops for the entire Gen Meds IT organization.

MY ROLE: I led the planning and implementation of several US based projects for this pharmaceutical giant. Managed project resources, timelines, roadmaps, onsite and offsite staff, and reporting.►IMPACT:#I developed comprehensive capacity planning estimates for the P595 and P570 servers which identified the future storage, memory, and CPU required for upcoming deployments.#Designed best practice standards for CDW Staging, Integration, and Provisioning Layers (directory structure, constraints, validations, exception handling, history retention, high volume processing techniques). #Transferred knowledge to offshore vendor for implementation in all CDW Phase 1 workstreams. #Designed robust scalable solutions for CDW and Customer Planning using dual schema provisioning, oracle data pump, and sliding window technique.

►MY ROLE: I defined migration planning and project roadmaps for DMS, SAS, Direct Access, and MicroStrategy applications. I authored test plans, identified project scope, and onsite and offshore communication strategy.►IMPACT:#Championed “Follow-the-Sun” communications model resulting in smooth transition of daily work activities from offshore partners to the onsite personnel.#Led daily scrum meetings and monitored project timelines and milestones with an eye on exceeding KPIs.#Designed code management and turnover plan allowing critical business change to continue in the legacy environment; maintained code sync between production and upgrade servers. #Conducted multiple presentations and status updates; presented Technology Refresh Pilot Testing approach to key Business Stakeholders.
