MY ROLE: ...….I was responsible for leading a team of internal staff, onsite, and offshore resources providing operational and project support related to the Commercial Data Warehouse. My primary responsibilities included leading the lights-on operational support team, measuring and reporting vendor effectiveness, project support, and budget management.
