We also consult in the areas of corporate culture, values, vision, strategy, and organizational change. Our current business, Retexo, is a continuation of the work we started all the way back in 2006.

Co-founder of the pre-revenue start-up. Precura was launched to develop, manufacture, and market a patent pending medical device for early detection of hospital-acquired infections. In cooperation with several strategic alliances, was able to coalesce patented test chemistries, world-wide distribution, manufacturing (US and China) and a superior business plan in an effort to attract financing... all in 45 days. Ultimately, Precura unable to consumate a licensing/royalty agreement with the physician/inventor and was forced to pass on the opportunity.
