•Created various judgment criteria and metrics to meet senior management evaluation requirements for the respective years IT portfolios (received Achievement Award for my contribution to 2011 IT portfolio planning).•Created and administered an Excel based tool with responsible party drill down to measure and display application portfolio activity segregated by change lever.•Process owner and administrator of the Solution Options process by which projects that have the potential to add an application to the portfolio are determined to proceed as planned, leverage an existing solution or be canceled.•Created an Excel based tool to act as a database and provide metrics for the Solution Options process.•Created Solution Options savings valuation and recognition process with $750k recognized savings in 2010. •System enhancement analysis, design, documentation, interaction with off-shore development team, testing, issue mitigation and report creation for the OptIMize web based system that houses the BMS portfolio of applications & interfaces upgrade project. Achieved annual application validation process 99.8% compliance compared to 72% in the prior year (received Achievement Award for my contribution).•Made significant contributions to the creation of the Preferred Staff Augmentation Program scorecard, which measures the contractual performance of the entire pool of IT outsourcing vendors (received Achievement Award for my contribution).

•Kaizen/Six Sigma training and completion of one Kaizen event/project (received Achievement Award for my contribution).•Initiated and created Prototype IT Business Value metric, estimating the dollar impact of outstanding application support requests on business processes.•Provided analysis that enabled leadership to negotiate savings from an external application support vendor (received Award of Distinction for my contribution).•Created Functionality to Health Framework/Analysis, enabling an Executive Director reporting to the CIO to meet a failing objective.•Created IT project KPI scorecard.

•Re-baselined a multi-million dollar support contract with an external application support vendor.•Created an analysis tool that provided fact based foundation data for revisions to a service level agreement (SLA).•Created reporting tools, enriching vendor supplied resource time by support ticket data.

•Analysis team leadership, design, development and production rollout of a dynamic monthly scorecard that provided a simple graphical representation of how an external vendor was performing on SLA’s in relation to a multi-million dollar annual support contract. •Integrated the external vendor into the global support survey process. The final product of this process was a dynamic support survey scorecard that displayed performance along five service dimensions as well as providing trending and distribution analysis.•Analysis, design, development and production rollout of a Sarbanes-Oxley related SAP role analysis process that enabled the project team to effectively manage an effort that had been failing prior to my involvement (received Award of Distinction for my contribution). •Analysis team leadership, design, development and production rollout of a project development survey process to provide project managers and upper management with customer perception metrics at the project and area level.

•Administered security/access rights to assorted HR systems (mainframe, client server and web). •Contributed to the design and development of the HR@BMS project (received Award of Distinction for my contribution). •Team member involvement in HR systems support related to the acquisition of DuPont Pharmaceuticals, divestiture of the Clairol division and spin-off of the Zimmer division (received Presidents Award for my contribution).•Successfully managed Y2K remediation efforts and developed an inter-departmental integrated Y2K testing control process that was distinguished as a best practice by the corporate Y2K core team.

•Administered organization wide bonus payments and various deferred compensation programs with contributions to compensation program design, systems design and testing, reporting and analysis, response to employee inquiries and program correspondence.•Designed administrative methodology for deferred portion of an internal limited partnership geared to senior executives and managed the production process.•Acted as informal "trouble-shooter" to ensure accuracy and maximum benefit for processes designed or administered by related departments.

•In the supervisor role I led a team of five individuals to administer broker compensation audits, deferred compensation plans (deductions, subordination and payments), garnishments and employee pay checks (distribution, direct deposit and stop payments). Highlights included the initiation, design and implementation of a spreadsheet based solution for calculating the amount of deferred compensation that could be subordinated for net capital requirements (my actions enabled us to pass a detailed audit by the Securities & Exchange Commission). Also assessed the scope of a broker compensation issue, collecting over $200k in overpayments and developed & implemented a process to mitigate the issue.•Unit leader and clerk responsibilities focused on the distribution of mutual fund commissions (approx. $10 million in annual distributions). Highlights included the development and implementation of automated payment solutions.
