Author of "Risk Intelligence" and “Mastering 21st century Enterprise Risk Management” on how Artificial Intelligence (AI), I'm a strong advocate for applying machine learning (ML) and Bayesian techniques to Risk Management. I have extensive experience in ERM, IT, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) systems working in mission critical environments like Dept of Defence and Victorian Infectious Disease Ref Labs. My aim is to transform traditional risk management of risk registers and risk matrix/heatmaps, to a proactive decision-making tool to source opportunities and drive growth. Since doing a Graduate Diploma in Computer Simulation (Operations Research) at Swinburne University, I have been heavily involved with computer-based decision management tools. I have a Certificate in Machine Learning from Stanford University and in Data Science from the University of Michigan. As well as being a Microsoft MCP full stack developer, I am also well versed in Python, DevOps and agile CI/CD methodologies.In my previous role as Technical Director at Fast Track (Aust) Pty Limited, I successfully developed and implemented both AI and Risk Management solutions for medium to large organisations including multinationals like Motorola, Fosters and Serco. Solutions included pro-active AI and risk analytics solutions using deep learning to identify and classify risk, random forest & regression models for scenario analysis and Bayesian networks for aggregation of risk.
