Greg manages the team that counsels on antitrust issues and manages competition law litigation in the US and abroad with an emphasis on merger control proceedings in China, Russia and South East Asia related to Uber's deals with DiDi (2016), Yandex (2017) and Grab (2018). Uber and similar technology companies are innovating in local transportation all over the world and the incumbent transport providers are not happy about having new competition so they complain and sue. Greg has successfully managed and advised on Uber's non-merger competition investigations, hearings and litigation in jurisdictions including Brazil, Columbia, Egypt, India, the Philippines, Singapore, South Africa, Turkey, the UK, the US and Vietnam.

Co-led team of lawyers providing legal and policy advice to Uber Technology's government relations and communications teams on legislation and policy regarding local transportation and related issues. The team represents Uber in its dealings with state and municipal governments and airport authorities who are all active in regulating taxi and for-hire vehicle services. These issues are key to Uber's rapid growth and innovation in hundreds of jurisdictions in the US and around the world. In the US alone, over 20 state-wide laws and many more municipal ordinances were passed in 2015 year regulating Transportation Network Companies like Uber or Lyft.
