Proficiency includes slip joints, interference joints, crimp joint analysis, and plastic deformation- Proficient utilizing nonlinear material models in FEA and CFD analysis packages (Hardening models, viscoplastic models for 96.5Sn3.5Ag solder, and other nonlinear material models)- 8 years of experience designing cast, machined, sheet metal, and injection molded components- 8 years of professional drafting, tolerancing & statistical tolerance stackup, and GD&T background- Problem solving, product development and product test planning using FMEA, DVP&R, DFMA, 8D techniques-
