Build a Company of disciplined and ready units, Soldiers, and families. Train the Company to conduct full spectrum operations under the toughest conditions and as part of a combined arms team. Responsible for the combat readiness, health, welfare, and morale of 140 Soldiers and their families. Responsible for the command and control of all classes of supply, maintenance, engineer reconnaissance, construction management, military police, and general engineer support to the combat engineer line companies and the Brigade Combat Team. Responsible for over 300 lines of property, including 47 vehicles worth over $14 million dollars.-Relocated the company to an alternate forward operating base.-Re-established a neglected command supply discipline program-Turned in or transferred over $5 million dollars of excess or damaged equipment

Iraq - Operation Iraqi Freedom 08-09

Assistant Plans Officer for a mechanized combat engineer battalion deployed to Operation Iraqi Freedom in support of 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 1st Armored Division. (2BCT, 1AD) Responsible for planning, resourcing, and executing battalion level operations, exercises, and events. Serves as the Maneuver Effects Cell Officer for 2BCT responsible for synchronizing Improvised Explosives Device-Defeat (IED-D) operations across the brigade; oversees the production of all IED intelligence products; analyzes historical data in order to identify and target enemy patterns within the southern and eastern Baghdad Province; produces the IED Defeat working group. Plans and synchronizes the daily route clearance schedule for 2BCT 1 AD. Additional duties include Essential Services Engineer and USACE Liaison Officer. 2nd BDE, 1st AD Liaison to Multi National Division -North.
