Designed and Painted Backgrounds on the show Mighty Magiswords

Receiving, reviewing and editing designs of Characters, Backgrounds, and Props. Ensuring style and quality of show is met before shipping designs to another studio to be animated.

Animating supplementary content for testing materials. Illustrating answer choices for standardized testing.

Remotely painting backgrounds for the web short "Orbiting Gubby". Taking direction and corresponding through e-mail, and meeting deadlines independently.

I worked as the lead layout and background artist on the senior film "Frog's Legs", directed by Katie Tamboer. I also supervised a small team of layout and background artists.

I worked as the background supervisor for the senior film "Bygone", directed by Taylor Parrish. I had the opportunity to supervise a small team of layout and background artists.

Animation Student

I had the wonderful opportunity to supervise the layouts and backgrounds for the short film "The Underpants Lamb", a collaborative project created in ten weeks.

I illustrated the answers for Standardized Tests for Students with Disabilities. I also worked as an Interim Editor.

I started working on the floor helping customers and working with merchandise. It greatly helped that I have a strong interest in art and was an Art Studio student at the University of Kentucky at the time. Eventually I was promoted to Support Specialist, where I worked in the office, counting the previous day's profits and taking it to the bank. I proceeded to make price changes on the floor. Michael's was a great experience in Retail.
