Serves as Subject Matter Expert and advisor responsible for all personnel and admin support for over 700 personnel. Critically and Strategically assesses situations, anticipates and creates HR solutions, and drives execution. Supervises, mentors, and is accountable for the health, welfare, morale, training, and actions of four Soldiers in the HR department.

Headquarters Platoon Sergeant- Responsible for Advising/Supervising the effectiveness and efficiency of the company's Communications, Supply, Administrative, and Armory Departments consisting of 16 total personnel.Infantry Squad Leader- Responsible for the welfare, fitness, morale, discipline, training, and personal and professional development of nine Soldiers.Schools Program Manager- Responsible for advising, ensuring eligibility, and processing packets for supervisors and employees on developmental, advancement, and certification course available to the organization.Organization's Retention Advisor- Responsible for counseling and qualifying employees for career development opportunities/benefits associated with continued service.Army Recruiter- Responsible for recruiting, determining eligibility, interviewing, and processing potential candidates for employment in the US Army.Substance Abuse Prevention Leader- Responsible for conducting weekly urinalysis tests, and identifying, preventing, and training over 200 personnel on substance abuse. Infantry Team Leader- Responsible for the welfare, fitness, morale, discipline, training, and personal and professional development of four Soldiers.
