Paul Leonard Library: Construction Management of DBIA award winning design-build seismic upgrade, façade upgrade, complete gut, with two additions to an existing 7 story library building, Type I concrete, 350,000 GSF, initial contract value $98,500,000, final hard cost $104,000,000. 2009 to 2012.• Creative Arts Building: Preconstruction Management of a four theater, broadcast teaching facility and classrooms, 278,000 GSF and $175,000,000 budget. Construction Management of underground utility phase, balance of project placed on hold. 2011 to 2012.• School of the Arts Demolition & West Campus Green Recreation Area: Construction Management of the demolition of existing concrete structures, and construction of artificial turf soccer field and adjacent park with lighting and storm water retention rain gardens, 7-acre site, $2,500,000 hard cost. 2012 to 2013. • Campus Sanitary Sewer Improvements: Construction Management for re-routing of numerous sanitary sewer lines using open cut up to 40’ depth and jack & bore methods to allow elimination of all sewage lift stations on campus, $1,200,000 hard cost, Summer 2012. • Campus Accessible Pathway Improvements: Construction Management for Campus Quad and Cox Stadium pathway and landscape improvements including extensive grade changes over several acre parcel, $1,100,000 hard cost, Summer 2013.
