Gregory has over twenty years of experience in system analysis of plant floor manufacturing. Since his early days of process engineering, he has continued to create a strong presence using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma in every project. He has led or has been a team member of numerous successful start to finish project lifecycles. He is now more involved with internal and external clients’ engagements that include, but not limited to, responding to RFI / RFQs, Statement of Works and Blueprinting sessions. He has been involved with numerous successful SDLCs. His career is a little unconventional, but it has prepared him to understand every subject matter expert’s request and that has allowed him to lead a very successful career. He is well prepared and is ready to take the next logical step in his career. He is a well rounded individual that is involved with many non profit organizations in the community. Currently, Gregory is the Executive Director and co-Founder of a nonprofit organization called Inspiring Hope for Families (IHF). Here, he works part time to apply the methods he uses in his professional career to standardize how the nonprofit operates.
