As the founder and principal of The Netland Group, I provide strategic advisory services to private equity firms and staffing companies on M&A (buy and sell side) in the areas of Business Services and Employment Services. Have been involved in multiple successful buy side, add-ons, and sell side transactions as well as over 25 due diligence efforts that did not culminate in a deal for various reasons. Currently, I am serving as an Executive Board member for a number of Private Equity owned Staffing firms. Primary role is as an industry expert, providing assistance with strategic direction and the execution of business strategy. Areas focus include: Enterprise Accounts, Hiring and Training, Strategic planning, MSP strategy, and use of metrics to support growth. Have also supported M&A efforts of the PE owned firms including target assessment, due diligence, and integration work. Industry verticals include IT, Clinical, Pharma, Government, Industrial, and Healthcare. In some cases, I have joined the board of firms that the PE firm already owns, but more often I am involved in the deal from the beginning providing Pre-acquisition M&A advisory services as an industry expert including due diligence support, management meetings and validation and assessment of targets potential for growth. Have supported multiple successful transactions, Add-ons, and have been a part of 7 successful sales process creating strong returns for the PE firms I work with.

Joined Randstad's Executive board after their $4.5 Bn acquisition of Vedior. Served as US Board member on the multinational board of 2nd Largest Staffing firm in the world with over $22 Bn in revenues. Helped set the global strategy in the areas of: Lines of business, Organizational structure, business development, strategic accounts, Marketing, IT and M&A. Responsible for North America and Latin America including Argentina, Brazil, and Chile.

Continued in my role as CEO of North America after Randstad's acquisition of Vedior with full P&L responsibility for all Randstad and Vedior business units in North America. Responsible for the strategic vision and development of the business plan for North America. Oversaw and held key leaders accountable for the execution of key strategies to meet our goals. Responsible for M&A in the US and Canada. Led the integration of the US businesses, led the business through the 2008 downturn, and led the $700M acquisition and integration of SFN group in 2011. The result of these efforts led to a well organized North American business generating $4.5 Bn in revenues in 2012.

Took on the CEO role with full P&L responsibilities for the business units of Vedior in North America including the US and Canadian staffing business. Responsible for strategic vision and development of the business plan for North America. Oversaw and held key leaders accountable for the execution of key strategies to meet our goals. Reinstated acquisition program in 2005, leading and completing six acquisitions which generated over $475M in sales in 2008. Oversaw zone revenue growth from $490M in '03 to over $1.5B in 2008. Appointed to the Executive Board of Vedior NV (VDOR: AEX) in April 2007. Retained CEO role, and was asked to take on the Latin American business of Vedior in Chile, Mexico, Brazil, and Argentina ($240M in revenue). Member of the Strategy and Compensation committees and the branding and training sub-committees
