  • Nobull Downhill
Founder - Chairman Of The Skateboard
Nobull Downhill Dec 2012 - Present
    Breckenridge, Colorado, Us
Having grown up as both a competitive skier & a skateboarder I have throughout my life stayed connected to my two passions. In 2012 at the urging of my 10 year old son I embarked upon a journey with unimaginable consequences. That journey was the founding of Team NoBull. NoBull is one of the most widely recognized unaffiliated groups in downhill skateboarding. Team NoBull supports, competes and participates in both sanctioned and outlaw races around the world. The team has participated in, founded, hosted, sponsored and thrown well over 200 races and events throughout the United States, Canada & Europe. While leading the team I was solely responsible for the first legal sanctioned downhill skateboarding race held in a major city garage in the U.S. “The Bayou Battle” in downtown Houston grew to be one of the largest most attended events in the sport. Since 2022 we have pivoted from a Team to an event company and a platform with a goal of supporting riders and getting the sport into the 2028 Olympics. We are currently seeking corporate and individual sponsors.

When I joined the firm, I was the only employee aside from the founder and namesake. I was brought on to expand and take over RPA as the General Manager. In my role as General Manager of RPA, I was tasked with building a team of callers and recruiters, training and coaching them. I provided them with the tools they needed to generate a significant flow of candidates. I was also responsible for training all employees to a level of deep knowledge about the variety of wealth management options available in the market. Rick Peterson is widely recognized as the founder of the brokerage recruiting sector. He was directly responsible for the largest advisor placements between 1980-2000.
