As part of Comcast Cable’s Technology, Products & Experiences Team, I focus on creating frictionless environments that enable our teams and customers to stay connected and accomplish meaningful outcomes. I am passionate about aligning people, cultures, and processes to accelerate business value for my teams and customers. In my current role as Executive Director of DevX Platforms, my team and I drive Developer eXperience as a product, improving developer happiness and productivity that unblocks teams to focus on innovation. We design and manage our cloud-native application platforms, database platforms, and distributed systems that power the majority of Comcast’s back office and customer experience lifecycle, across our entire product portfolio. This involves innovating large-scale transformations across people, software development methodologies, cloud technologies, and application modernizations. Actively participating in various open-source communities, establishing Comcast as a thought leader, and influencing product roadmaps, are key strategic enablers. In addition to my current role, I am also the founder of Comcast Grows to Code, in partnership with an amazing coalition of business partners, a program that provides a pathway for frontline employees to become software engineers. After a successful pilot season in 2020, we’ve just begun season 4, transforming 85+ lives so far, across Coding, Network, and Design entry-level roles. I am passionate about people development and this has been, by far, the most rewarding aspect of my career.I am a global speaker ranging from several keynotes, individual talks, and external executive presentations with companies all over the world. I am also a member of several executive advisory boards, including the Cloud Foundry Governing Board. When I am not in the office, I spend quality time with my family which grounds me in everything I do. I am an avid skier and have enjoyed skiing the Alps in Italy, France, Switzerland, and Austria, as well as throughout the US and Canada.
