In addition to my current role, I am also the founder of Comcast Grows to Code, in partnership with an amazing coalition of business partners, a program that provides a pathway for frontline employees to become software engineers. After a successful pilot season in 2020, we’ve just begun season 4, transforming 85+ lives so far, across Coding, Network, and Design entry-level roles. I am passionate about people development and this has been, by far, the most rewarding aspect of my career.I am a global speaker ranging from several keynotes, individual talks, and external executive presentations with companies all over the world.
