Three of my many contributions included:- Led Internal Controls over Financial Reporting and Enterprise Risk Management group initiatives in the region; spearheaded regional projects and reported outcome to SGS Group senior management; achieved zero material internal control deficiency rate over five years. - Oversaw financial due diligence outsourced to accounting firms; completed 15 acquisitions over 5 years; prepared opening balance sheet for all business combinations; negotiated purchase price adjustment due to Net Working Capital and/or Earn out.- Supported business management in meeting growth objective; obtained senior management approval for 80+ capital expenditure projects.

The auditors I trained were able to complete high quality audits. - Assessed effectiveness of global risk management, control, and governance process of operations covering 93K employees working in 2,600 offices and multi-billion-dollar annual revenue.- Designed new Requisition-to-Pay audit approach in Oracle environment to minimize risks of fraud and achieve group objectives in terms of savings.- Drafted presentations to convey effective risk management, control practices, and successful business practices on Payroll, Requisition-to-Pay, and Treasury processes.
