AUM growth averaged 20% YOY over 6 year period. 2016 gross AUM sales were best sales in 20 years. * In 2016, successfully reorganized Institutional sales, client service, and client operations resulting in increased efficiency, higher productivity, and a 38% increase in YOY fully loaded post-bonus operating profit run rate.* Implemented the full multi-asset investment approach across Institutional Sales, Client Service, and Consulting which drove sales and retention due to increased net-of-fee fund performance and greatly improved risk management capabilities.
