Prior to ServareGMP, Mr. Hanson was under contract from April 2019 to December 2023 as Executive Chairman of Altasciences Clinical Los Angeles, Inc., part of the Altasciences family of companies that provide a full range of services as a contract research organization. Mr. Hanson has over 30 years as an executive officer and/or member of the board of directors of public and private companies. Mr. Hanson has listed companies on two national stock exchanges, negotiated and engaged in mergers, acquisitions and sales transactions, structured and negotiated financing terms and joint venture and license arrangements, and engaged in SEC financial reporting, governance matters, internal controls, and mentoring of senior management. Mr. Hanson maintained Series 7 and Series 63 licenses from 2008 to 2016. Mr. Hanson is past president (2012-13) and for 12 years a board member of San Diego Financial Executives International (FEI). Mr. Hanson has been a speaker, author, committee member, or advisor to various industry organizations and committees of government agencies, including the FASB, SEC, investor and director Forums on financing strategies, and public company external financial reporting. Mr. Hanson was a founding and 6-year member of the FASB's Small Business Advisory Committee. Mr. Hanson received an MBA with honors from the University of Michigan and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Kansas State University.
