Define Human Capital Value - Provide a roadmap for creating a unique competitive advantage by diagnosing and translating the companies' needs into an effective and actionable HR strategy/key people initiatives and by advising senior management in all critical HR areas to leverage human capital in order to achieve current and future business objectives.- Translate business needs into requirements for creation/improvement and support Corporate HR competence centres in developing appropriate value-adding solutions, anticipating future needs. Vice versa translate global programs into our sites to identify and demonstrate the added value and ensure their tactical implementation.- As part of Swarovski HR Board, participate in the development of global HR strategies/frameworks/policies and represent our Manufacturing companies in highlighting/sharing best practices and concerns. 2. Align HR services and offerings- Segment customers and tailor specific programs/services to their needs.- Prioritize HR investments by evaluating allocation of resources to measure and track actual/expected costs and benefits of HR projects and activities.- Design and implement solutions that are critical to ensure the execution of the HR Strategy for every phase of the employee life cycle.3. Deliver Value- Ensure right HR Service Delivery Model to convert HR initiatives into tangible business value and ensure that HR strategies/policies/procedures are effectively reviewed, adapted, communicated, and rolled out in a consistent and equitable manner and are legally compliant.- Continuously improve operational excellence by establishing right HR capabilities and designing HR supporting tools, processes, and infrastructure to help the organization succeed in a sustainable way with highly engaged and enabled employees.
