The Value Source Group created on-line assessments based on the science of Formal Axiology. These assessments were used for employment selection, life coaching, team and relationship building, personal and athlete performance as well as 26 other "targeted" areas.I was responsible for the development and deployment of custom profiles, training, establishing vendor relationships, and the development and support of the distribution channel. In the first year, I passed our distribution channel goal by 30% and secured professional level athletes in the NFL, NHL and MLB in the second year as subject matter experts for our sports profile. The company provided higher end business services and solutions that were in the past left up to the big national firms. The company received global and national awards from Microsoft in 1998, 1999 and 2000. The firm was sold in 2001.
