Dublin-based Brown Bag Films is one of the world’s most successful producers of family entertainment whose credits include Doc McStuffins, Octonauts and Henry Hugglemonster on Disney Junior, and Peter Rabbit on Nickelodeon.As Executive Producer, head of US office and member of the company’s senior management team, I developed and led Brown Bag’s creative, business and strategy efforts on the original content side, reporting to CEO. Efforts resulted in countless opportunities to expand our original content business and deals with partners including Wind Dancer Films, Spike TV and Valve. In charge of the company’s IP-related business affairs, I created innovative deal structures and negotiated agreements with content partners to give Brown Bag much greater upside potential in success. Specific responsibilities included:--Source, develop and produce family entertainment and prime-time projects in all platforms--Manage creative teams and provide strong creative voice--Lead deal-making in IP, talent and project-related finance & distribution--Develop and execute the company’s master content strategy, reporting to CEO--Build talent, business and brand relationships worldwide.--Other focus areas: grow Icehouse label for adult / prime-time series; enter feature film market; develop multi-platform strategy for all genres.

Executive in charge of the Gotham Group's first-look deal with Sony Pictures Animation to produce animated and hybrid feature films.

Lead Rainmaker's push into original content creation with emphasis on producing theatrical features. Little's efforts launched Rainmaker as a feature production company with "Escape From Planet Earth," which Little found, developed and served on as Executive Producer for Rainmaker. Little's credits as producer at Rainmaker also include DVD titles "The Nutty Professor: Face the Fear," and "Tony Hawk in Boom-Boom Sabotage."
