Utilize Deepfreeze and other service desk programs to secure and protect computers from malware, viruses, and unauthorized changes. Assist the helpdesk, faculty, and staff by providing technical support. Plan projects where is require to set up new technology labs and instructor stations Image computers, conduct cable management, and troubleshoot any relevant issues that arise daily in a timely manner. Responsible for completing weekly assignments, including completing reports, while also maintaining DVDs, microphones, speakers, cameras, wire management, and updating approximately 30 or more computers a week. Communicate and work with co-workers as a group or independently to correctly dispose of computers, monitors, cables, and DVDs. Lead group projects while ensuring they are completed appropriately by efficiently communicating and planning tasks with supervisors and coworkers.
