• Offer industrial engineering management services on a contractual, employment and project-basis, and provide leadership to industrial engineering teams; Areas of expertise include:• Facilities/Plant /Manufacturing/Warehouse Operations/Industrial Engineering: Manage the facility operations/industrial engineering; manage plant workflow to ensure optimal efficiency, working closely with Production Managers, supply chain and marketing; implement lean manufacturing initiatives to maximize workflow and to reduce areas of waste• Inventory Control: Manage the tracking and proper storage of all products and related inventory• Product Development: Deliver new product development processes, drive project design plans to completion and facilitate new product introductions • CapEx Planning: Develop capacity management plans, which include future capacity • QA & Compliance: Ensure compliance with all local and state law, rules and regulations and with company standards ensure compliance with the quality management policies• Staff Supervision & Training: Recruit, train and support management of all facility employees involved in product development, testing and packaging; conduct performance reviews• Project Management: Manage development projects throughout the facility, from project planning, budgets and resource allocation to delivery • Work closely with the Director of Operations, all production staff, management and the dispensing facilities
