My initial experiences in the early 80s designing computers and peripherals for both Franklin Computers and Commodore led to my interest in the problems of the physical interface between man and computer. 25 years later I have enjoyed designing for most of the Contract Furniture market segments from Office and Institutional to Health Care and Education. This is an exciting time to be a designer. First the PC and now the internet have changed everything about how we live and work. Opportunities abound as every thing and every where is being transformed to make them better and more responsive to our needs and those of the community.Specialties: Ergonomic seating and casegoods for Office, Healthcare, Education and Spectator facilities. Developing innovative furniture constructions to utilize new materials and manufacturing processes, in ways that are both economic and sustainable.
