As the founding principal of vCISO Services, LLC, I leverage my 33 years of experience in information technology and security, including 15 years as a CISO in various sectors, to offer customized solutions for SMBs' information security needs. I specialize in risk assessments, policy and standard creation, vendor reviews, regulatory gap analysis, and interim and ongoing CISO activities.I am also passionate about sharing my knowledge and insights on information security through various channels. I produce and host the Virtual CISO Moment podcast, where I discuss information security topics and best practices for SMBs. I have authored a book, Information Security for Small and Midsized Businesses, that provides practical guidance and advice for SMBs on how to secure their data and business. I am also an avid writer and publisher of novels, poems, and articles on various topics.
