With over 25 years in executive recruitment, I have recently broadened my business to include business advisory (and in particular exit planning) and business broking. I believe the learned skills of customer service, relationship management and persistence in sourcing interested parties are equally relevant and applicable across the disciplines. As a Business Broker with Finn Business Sales , I am now applying those skills to source buyers and assist business owners realise maximum value from their biggest asset, their business, whilst continuing to manage Executive Recruitment projects as Principal Consultant and Managing Director of Hunter Mollard, representing a range of large and small clients, primarily in the logistics and manufacturing industries. Having started life as a chartered accountant, I have a strong business background, successfully adding value to a range of clients from large public companies to smaller family businesses. Over the years I have learned “a little about a lot of businesses” and have most enjoyed building strong relationships with the client and really developing a deep understanding of their business. In addition to my Business Broking activities, I continue to possess a genuine passion for executive recruitment and in particular, building upon strong ongoing relationships with clients.
