The Savoy Grill is one of London's oldest and most prestigious restaurants. It is situated within the Savoy Hotel on the Strand and was taken over by the Gordon Ramsay group in 2003. It has since gained a michelin star through the hard work of its employees and the outstanding management of its executive chef Marcus Wareing. Since joining the brigade as commis-chef Gregory has gained experience in 4 of the major sections in the kitchen as well running and dressing on the main pass. He has also contributed to admistrative duties and managed the head-chef's IT.
