I am the Founder of Skiff Law Firm LLC and Of Counsel to Cermele & Wood LLP.I focus on litigation in the areas of construction, real estate, corporate, commercial and employment law. My involvement in these areas includes representing clients both as plaintiffs and defendants, litigation strategy, researching and articulating claims and defenses, settlement discussions, drafting pleadings, discovery, motion practice (to the extent necessary to protect my clients' rights), and appearing on behalf of clients at hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials. My goal is to bring a practical, efficient and business-sense approach to litigation, providing my clients with speedy results and closure.Aside from state and federal litigation, I also represent candidates for admission to the Bar before the New Jersey Board of Admissions to the Bar and the New York State Committee on Character and Fitness. To that end, I counsel and advocate on behalf of candidates during the character review process.I received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at Ithaca College and a J.D. from the Shepard Broad Law Center at Nova Southeastern University. Further, while I attended Ithaca College, I was named to the 2004 NCAA Scholar All-American Wrestling Team at 149 lbs.
