I participated in the selection of a Learning Management System (LMS) provider, to bring JACOS training identification, tracking and reporting to the level expected from a company operating in the oil and gas sector in Alberta. Worked with process engineering and plant personnel to develop strategies to de-bottleneck and overcome issues during plant start-up.
