Created protocols, standards and processes for the development of the project commissioning, start-up and operating procedures. Managed a team of subject matter experts to create accurate, sustainable procedures that allowed for a timely and safe start-up of the facility. Participated with the Ready for Operations team preparing for the turnover of equipment from construction at mechanical completion. I participated in the selection of a Learning Management System (LMS) provider, to bring JACOS training identification, tracking and reporting to the level expected from a company operating in the oil and gas sector in Alberta. Perform daily leadership quality audits of field hazard assessments, permitting, and workplace observations to raise the level of awareness and competency of the health and safety aspects of the operation
