CurrentAs the Vice President for Kyndryl‘s Account Focus Program, my team’s mission is to provide an honest opinion on the technical, commercial, and financial health of Kyndryl’s key customer relationships. Together with the account teams, we co-create and deploy well thought out recovery plans so that challenged contracts find a path back to excellence for the customer – and profitability and margin expansion for Kyndryl. Account Focus is one of Kyndryl's "Three A" strategic initiatives, besides Advanced Delivery, and Alliances.https://www.kyndryl.comIn this executive role I provide business strategy consulting to Kyndryl’s senior leadership team and our customer partners around the globe to quickly identify and successfully recover challenged contracts. My worldwide responsibilities include making proposals on how to proceed in certain contract and customer situations (including early contract exits) while working closely with our corporate leadership team, Kyndryl’s sales and delivery organization, as well as our legal counsels and the integrated support functions. As the Vice President for Kyndryl’s strategic initiative that addresses accounts with substandard margins, I am collaborating across multi-functional teams, both in our headquarters and within the geographies, to delight our customers through delivery excellence and to support profitable revenue growth for Kyndryl.
