I have over 30 years of successful legal representation in many areas of U.S. federal law (IT, procurement, litigation, appropriations) for six separate agencies (US Court of Federal Claims, CFTC, DoD, HUD, Peace Corps and SEC). I am passionate about public speaking and communicating on many topics including most recently artificial intelligence and quantum computing plus other related topics including ethics, compliance and training skills especially the creative use of gamification. I have many thousands of hours of experience in creating and presenting live trainings - I consistently receive outstanding reviews from audiences and sponsoring organizations.
