• Direct KENS 5's content convergence and integration projects: > Mobile app development: Build content-focused app sections, including XML data, dynamic design and branding for KENS 5 apps and other niche market apps (Spurs, Fiesta, etc.) > Editorial data management: Create database for tracking real-time feeds of vote totals in local/statewide elections, then feeding data to web/mobile and on-air ticker/full-screen graphics > Website development: Implement content-driven design concepts for specialized website sections > Social media systems enhancement: Develop functionality for automatic re-tweeting of hashtagged editorial staff Twitter news coverage > Sales sponsorship integration: Leverage editorial content and contesting pages to build sponsorship opportunities• Lead KENS 5 website/mobile re-launch project: > Serve as KENS 5 project leader working with Gannett national site rollout team to convert all digital content to new website and mobile formats > Coordinate KENS 5 adaptation by conducting internal training on new content management system for editorial and digital staff members > Provide a smooth transition by updating special sections and sponsorships, then working with sales department to manage clients' concerns• Develop KENS 5 staff's skills as a training leader: > Serve as KENS staff "Super User" for ENPS newsroom editorial system, providing training and guidance during rollout > Develop and maintain written style standards for all station staff members, drawing upon my career experience in copy editing > Provide staff development and training sessions on all digital systems, including content management and social media
