Greg served as the Executive Vice President and General Manager for the Buildings & Infrastructure Americas business comprised of more than 11,000 employees serving commercial, federal and state & local clients by delivering solutions for water, environment, transportation, and the built environment. The $3.3 Billion Business Unit consists of four regions. across North and South America in addition to the design, design/build, operations management, project delivery and risk management functions. In addition to Greg's role leading the America's business, he is a member of Jacobs Senior Leadership Team and also serves as the Executive Sponsor for the Harambee Black Employee Network Group.

Greg served two terms on the Board of Directors during a critical capital structure transformation from an employee owned company to a public corporation. The firm completed a Merger Agreement with Jacobs in December 2017 creating one of the worlds's largest engineering design firms. He served on the Board Risk Management Committee and the Governance and Corporate Citizenship Committee.

Greg McIntyre served as President of CH2M’s State & Local Governments Client Sector. In this role, he leads the firm’s global business serving clients in cities, counties, states, local authorities and provinces in the areas of water, environment, transportation and social infrastructure. Greg’s focus is on helping his team of more than 9,000 professionals bring customized and complete solutions to local government clients and deliver projects that transform not only the urban setting, but also the way the world’s urban populations interact with their infrastructure, their governments, their cities and their environment. This client sector represents more than $2 billion of the firm’s revenue.

Greg served as CH2M’s Operations Director for all global business groups. In this role, he oversaw CH2M‘s cross-business group collaboration and performance for water, oil and gas, transportation, nuclear/environment and industrial/urban environments as well as the firm’s Global Design Centers, Quality function, and Health, Safety, Security & Environment organization.

I served as CH2M’s global Water business group President, with full profit and loss responsibility for the global Water business and was responsible for all Water activities within CH2M, including overseeing consulting, program management, design, design-build and operations solutions for government, civil, industrial and energy clients.

Greg served as the Managing Director of Halcrow, acquired by CH2M in November 2011. Halcrow was a global engineering and consultancy firm serving the transportation, water, environment and power markets through a network of 70 international offices. He oversaw all aspects of Halcrow’s international operations, including 6,000 employees worldwide and was responsible for the integration of this acquisition into CH2M Operations.

United Kingdom

Greg served as CH2M’s Managing Director and as the overall London 2012 Deputy Program Manager for joint venture, CLM Delivery Partner, under contract to the United Kingdom Olympic Delivery Authority. CLM Delivery Partner was responsible for the program and construction management for the $11 Billion capital build of the Olympic venues and infrastructure.
