With my team of lean specialists we oversaw and enhanced processes across multiple departments.2. Coaching and Mentoring: I am passionate about coaching and mentoring individuals to help them reach their full potential. At Audi, I provided daily support and coaching to my team, fostering a motivating work environment in very challenging circumstances. I trained and guided team leaders and production managers in Shopfloormanagement, ensuring they were well-prepared to manage their teams and drive continuous improvement by themselves.3.
