I have a fire inside me. I nurture that flame through reading self-development books, listening to business/entrepreneurial audiobooks, dedicating time to spiritual development, and absorbing mindfulness podcasts.By nurturing that flame, everyday I look forward to crushing it. At work, by relentlessly pursuing goals and objectives. At home, by being “present” as a husband and father. As a friend, by listening and loving.My work life and personal life are one life. I have experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods for Natural and Conventional Retail, Wholesale, E-Commerce, Industrial and Food Service Sales Channels.I have had opportunities to work with great brands and companies where I directly contributed to their growth in sales and in personnel. From startup companies who are bootstrapping it trying to find or get funding, to companies with millions of dollars in sales and an impressive marketing budget, I’ve been on the front lines and in key decision-making positions in both instances.Whatever situation I find myself in, I treat my employer’s business as my own. I care. I care about the people, the customers, the revenue, the expenses. I do my absolute best to “own” all aspects of my role. I strive to add value wherever I am.
