As a result of this effort, all late POAMs were submitted and closed in three months, and subsequent generated POAMs were submitted and closed on time.• Developed a requirements analysis for evaluation of GRC (Governance, Risk, & Compliance) software products & services• Management participation in remediating over 60 Critical Corrective Actions (CCAs) identified by the client agency• Once the ATO was obtained, transitioned into multi-year operational management of the 4 subcontractors’ deliverables required from them to remain compliant with cybersecurity requirements of the ATO, including POAM remediation, transition from CIS to DOD STIG benchmarks, remediating site visit findings, and performing data analysis of Qualys vulnerability and compliance scan findings to facilitate remediation within the required KPIs.• Project management for the completion of two annual NIST Third Party Security Assessment processes.
