Production, management, programming, and design for video games is my passion and my career. I'm a 6 year Air Force vet with a BS in computer science from DigiPen Institute of Technology and 5 years of industry experience. I have produced several smaller games with indie game teams, interned as a associate producer with Fun Bits Interactive, and am currently working with Microsoft's Minecraft team to help deliver quality content from third party developers to the Marketplace that I helped build and evolve.I consider myself more of a technical producer as I have a background in computer science/programming, but also drift into game design as well. I like to attack challenges and problems from that engineering point-of-view first, and this allows me to bring valuable input and unique problem solving in day to day production environments, as well as strengthens my communication with engineers. My time at Minecraft as well as Fun Bits and DigiPen has taught me agile and scrum methods/processes, as well as hands-on experience using konbon boards, scrum boards, and task trackers like VSO, trello, and Jira. But, the most important thing to know about me is...I'm a huge nerd! A nerd who loves playing video games, drinking good coffee, and making sure I do everything to let great people make great things!
