We are committed to the highest principles of human development applied to economic development - incorporating integral theory, systems science, biomimicry for finance, advanced organizational and community development paradigms, regenerative economic thinking, blue ocean strategy and scaling the most advanced applications of neuroscience, human potential and organizational development. Our team produced conferences with Mayors Offices in San Francisco, Santa Monica and created roundtable gatherings of key invited leaders in New York, New Orleans and partnerships in a number of other cities. Since then we have produced over 150 meetups, salons, roundtables and parties to weave the community together born of the recognition that our network is our net-worth and we aim to maximize relationships over profit, power or prestige. I want more people who are leaders who recognize the value of connection to advance society to join with servant leaders to create similar gatherings as we have in our efforts so as to create a network of the existing networks of servant leaders in every community in the world. I am acting on my desire by weaving more effectively with groups who I am part of, and inviting other leaders to weave in a similar fashion.

I founded this non-profit group in 2006 to effectively weave owners and decision-makers of socially and environmentally conscious businesses in Southern California. We have successfully produced events every single month since we started in April 2006 where the leaders of our economy come together connecting, sharing, deal-making and networking. Open Future Fund is an exploratory project that supports resource stewards in identifying, investing in, and unlocking the innate capacity of these communities to advance their own resilience. The vision of working alongside local leaders, funders, and industry experts, we intend to model the greater acuity, creativity, and outcomes that comes when resources are stewarded by and in alignment with the self-determined needs and capabilities of local communities.We see that sectors and communities are already engaged in aspects of what we call "contextual capital": using blended approaches to apply the right forms of financial and non-financial capital at the right time in the project lifecycle, while nurturing outcomes through the appropriate pre-development, community engagement, knowledge sharing, and common infrastructure. Our intent is to resource and expand these existing initiatives, to inspire the financial resources, knowledge and best practices, and financial innovation needed to nurture and grow these practices over time.
