I have the huge privilege to head up the Trust and Probate teams @ Buzzacott. I enjoy my role whether as trustee or as experienced adviser to my varied client base. Every new case is 'simple' until it is analysed! We are doing lots of work with cross boarder issues especially involving Americans and trusts - whether the trusts are in the US or the UK. My expertise revolves around capital taxes, including Inheritance Tax and Capital Gains Tax, as well as all UK taxation matters to do with "on" and "off" shore trusts. I specialise in a range of trusts and executorships, as well as having a substantial personal tax client base. I am a member of STEP as well as a qualified English Chartered Accountant and qualified as a Chartered Tax Adviser (a long time ago). I joined Buzzacott in the last century. I am Treasurer of a grant making charity which distributes over £300k pa on its charitable objects. I have yet to own a mobile or smart phone!
