As Vice President of Sales and Marketing I am responsible for driving revenue and profitability growth across all CIL application areas and geographies. I lead the global, customer facing organization at CIL and manage across all of our sales channels, to expand our customer base and promote the CIL brand. I align resources and develop strategies to expand the utility of stable isotopes in new and exciting application areas including life sciences research, analytical chemistry, environmental analysis, as well as industrial and electronics market spaces.

As Global Sales Director at CIL, I am responsible for worldwide sales of all CIL product lines. I manage CIL’s direct North American sales force and our international distribution network. My role involves working closely with our global sales and business development teams to better understand market trends, develop sales and marketing strategies and drive increases in sales and market share across all product lines.

Direct oversight and strategic management of 16 US Inside Sales Representatives responsible for LC/MS Capital Equipment ($300M) and Chromatography Consumables ($80M) businesses in the US.

• Maintained and grew largest company-wide territory by revenue, (>$50M), by ~$7M in incremental Preclinical services revenue during first year in the territory (2007).• Developed and co-implemented the largest educational IND Enabling symposium in the history of the company.

Promoted and assigned ‘Team Captain’ for a multi-divisional group of representatives aimed at cross selling all Charles River products and services.

First representative in the history of the company to act as exclusive sales contact for key research hospitals and Academic institutions throughout New England.

Held multiple positions of increasing responsibility in ~2 years with Transgenic Services Product Management team. Assisted National Research Models and Services sales force by providing detailed technical support throughout the sales process. This included co-travel, client presentations and development of training and marketing materials.
