Currently working with children from grades K-12 on a variety of subjects. Each student is different, so this is currently giving me experience working with multiple students throughout the day while adapting to new topics that need to be reviewed. I have also worked with students on individualized 6-8 week workshops with lesson plans, homework assignments I create, and in-session assessments. Working here I am taught to think quick on my feet and occasionally have to adapt last minute to specific educational needs children will have.
