I manage a worldwide team of evangelist that promote Adobe Creative Cloud products and services including Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Digital Publishing, Premier, After Effects, Edge tools and services, and Adobe's work with the W3C, WebKit, and Flash/Flex. Worked closely with product management, marketing, and engineering to help shape product direction and to act as customer advocates.

Developed applications for the cellular communications business including a customer churn prediction and management system, fraud detection systems, and revenue reporting systems. Technologies used were C++, Informix 4GL, Java and Unix.Also conceived and co-developed an extensive set of Informix database administration tools named ZTools to manage database backups (including remote backups), schema mapping, data load/unload, etc. -- ZTools was later acquired by BMC software.Responsibilities included software development, project management, hiring development teams and architectural overview. Specialized in large-scale systems, performance, and scalability.

Conceived and developed large-scale (5000+ users) business applications spanning 200+ business processes. Technologies used were Nomad2 (4GL/RDMS) on VM/CMS, Informix 4GL, C/C++, and Unix. Received multiple awards for innovation and business impact.
