After the Cohen merger with Princeridge, trading a crossover book, with focus on BB and BB/B splits to fit with Princeridge HY focus. Generating runs and relative value trade ideas and in brief time in new spot getting increased traction (trades) in the space, which is a new one for the firm.

Responsible for all IG trading from October thru May (merger with Princeridge) and after the departure of the HY trader in April, handled that book as well. Buy-side relative value framework/background proved valuable in generating customer trading flows.

-Directed the trading, analysis and management of up to $2 Billion in taxable fixed income for institutional funds comprised of Corporate bonds, US Agencies, ABS, MBS-Responsible for all aspects of investment process: analysis, portfolio construction, multi-sector trading and performance monitoring on security and portfolio level.-Tailored fixed income products and composites (i.e. Intermediate A+ and 1- 3 year AAA) to meet client guidelines and mandates.-Implemented "best practices" to minimize portfolio volatility: increased diversification via tightening limits on position size of individual holdings, strengthened sell discipline.-Expanded focus of Credit effort to include BBB-rated debt, 144a securities, preferred and hybrid structures.-Collaborated with sell-side regarding potential trade ideas and execution.-Key point of contact for clients, prospective clients and consultants; created and designed material for sales and marketing efforts.
