Ensures the project stays within the cost and schedule parameters of the project baseline. Monitors and mitigates identified risks and issues• Reports project status and risks to customer and AIRWorks leadership through Program Status Reviews (PMRs) and deliverables. Provides weekly and monthly reports to articulate metrics that show project execution including overall financial status, Costs to Complete (CTCs), and schedule progression. • Leads briefings and meetings to review/present program status. Supports technical meetings, working groups and design reviews. Ensures communication across the project integration team and manage completion of tasking across each functional area.
