Oversee all aspect for events from the initial planning stage to the closing post-event responsibilities. I leverage my knowledge in stage production and 15+ years experience planning event successfully ranging from 2 participants to 10,000 event attendees, some running simultaneously. Building relationship with vendors, convention planning staff, talent managers. city permit planners, caterers, and venue operators to ensure operational requirements and cost effectiveness.

In this role, I work with social agencies, top area corporations, legal firms, and universities (GVSU, Cornerstone University, Calvin College, and Aquinas College) to development of special projects for grant funded professional development DEI initiatives, promoting equitable post-graduate opportunities for professionals associated with marginalized subgroups, that require additional accessibly and intentional planned strategies. This includes managing the allocation of resources, process cycle planning, workflow execution, employee engagement, project replacements, designing and conducting large group workshops (in-person/virtually).

Advance economic growth and promotions as an equity planning committee member for one of the world's largest multi-faceted art competitions encouraging the exposure of visual arts in the most exquisite display, innovation, and economic vibrancy through new walk-about programing.

Primarily focused on member engagement and campaign planning, I collaboratively spearheaded special projects including annual member campaign planning, enhancing community engagement through strategic initiatives. I managed the donor database, ensuring accurate records while researching and reporting to stakeholders and community leaders on effective fundraising strategies. My focus on implementing impactful programs not only sustained our current offerings but also fueled growth, fostering a thriving community environment that promotes health, wellness, and social responsibility.
